New features in this release for all PIC version 

- Pitch Bend can be assigned to DAC2 ( Mono /Multi modes ) 
- Pitch bend can be combined with Controler or Velocity on the same DAC( 1 to 3)

New features for the  PIC18F2320 v3.06 only :

- Pitch Bend can be assigned to DAC2 or  DAC3 in Poly2 mode () 
- no more Note off 'bugs' in Poly modes  
- new optimised ultra fast and compact Poly modes core and decoder
